Just a solid selection for a weekend respite in Monticello with fantastic value for money. The breakfast menu was nice, offering a range of options that made dining more enjoyable. Be ready to handle your luggage yourself since there's no elevator.

    charming atmosphere
    spacious room
    kid-friendly spots
    limited breakfast options

The kids loved exploring the nearby trails and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The renovated building had a charming vibe, and the room was quite spacious for our family. We even found nice spots to relax while the children played nearby.

My wife says that breakfast options need to improve for families.

    charming room
    quiet space
    lack of engagement
    poor service
    missing breakfast

The Keller Room offers a charming, quiet atmosphere with lovely common spaces like a library and games for guests to enjoy. However, the level of service fell short. I never encountered the owners, and there were no daily amenities provided like fresh towels or even basic coffee. Despite the pleasant interior, the stay felt more like an AirBnB experience than an inn or bed and breakfast, lacking essential touches expected from such accommodations.
